New Year, New Goals! We’re fast approaching the end of 2018 and I couldn’t be more grateful for everyone that’s been a part of my life this year. I celebrated my third anniversary at Compass last month and it reminded me how lucky I am to be part of such an amazing company filled with such amazing colleagues who support each other in everything we do. I’m not usually one to set specific “resolutions,” but year end is always a good time to re-evaluate, re-group, and re-prioritize your business goals and aspirations. City Poised to Give $100M in Incentives to Expand LA Convention Center

The project from AEG (Anschutz Entertainment Group) would enlarge the convention center and add a 40-story hotel. The expansion would help boost the convention center’s standing, drawing more visitors to Downtown Los Angeles, says John Wickham, of the city’s chief legislative analyst’s office.
